CONCORD, N.C.—-Jimmie Johnson joined an elite club on Saturday night.

In beating Brad Keselowski to the finish of the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway by .841 seconds, Johnson won the exhibition event for the third time, tying Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Hendrick Motorsports teammate Jeff Gordon for most all-time.

Has Chance at $3 Million Payout on Labor Day Weekend in Atlanta

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. – August 27, 2011 – With his win in Saturday’s IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Brad Keselowski closes out the list of qualified finalists who can earn a $3 million payout in the Sprint Summer Showdown presented by HTC EVO™ 3D.

If Keselowski can also win the AdvoCare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Labor Day weekend, he will claim the Sprint Summer Showdown presented by HTC EVO 3D title and win $1 million for himself, $1 million for his designated charity, Brad Keselowski’s Checkered Flag Foundation, and $1 million dollars for two lucky race fans.
