MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 30, 2014) – Team Penske announced today that Juan Pablo Montoya will make two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts for the team in 2014.
Montoya will pilot the No. 12 SKF Ford Fusion at Michigan International Speedway (MIS) on June 15 and he will also compete for Team Penske in the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) on July 27. The No. 12 car sponsor for the Brickyard 400 will be announced at a later date. NASCAR veteran Greg Erwin will work with Montoya as crew chief of the No. 12 Ford entry. JUAN PABLO MONTOYA TO JOIN TEAM PENSKE IN 2014
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (September 16, 2013) – Team Penske announced today that Juan Pablo Montoya will join the team in 2014.
Montoya will drive the No. 2 Team Penske IndyCar for the full season as he will join Will Power and three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves in the team’s IZOD IndyCar Series lineup beginning next season.
