Talladega Superspeedway Among Closest Finishes In NASCAR History

Last year’s April race at Talladega was one of those finishes. And as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series prepares for this year’s spring race at the Alabama track on May 6, we’re counting down the closest finishes in the sport.
The following are a few of the closest finishes in NASCAR history.
1. Jimmie Johnson over Clint Bowyer at Talladega on April 17, 2011 .002 seconds
2. Mike Skinner over Dale Earnhardt Jr. at Daytona on February 15, 2001 .004 seconds
3. Jeff Burton over Clint Bowyer at Daytona on February 17, 2011 .005 seconds
4. Jimmie Johnson over Kevin Harvick at Daytona on February 11, 2010 .006 seconds
