(January 9, 2011) – Phoenix Racing announced today that in addition to running the complete NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule with Kurt Busch, they will field the No. 1 Chevrolet in a limited amount of NASCAR Nationwide Series races (NNS), starting at Daytona with Kurt Busch. (January 2, 2012) – Turner Motorsports, along with Great Clips, Inc., is proud to announce that Kasey Kahne will increase his time behind the wheel of the No. 38 Great Clips Chevrolet in 2012 to compete in 15 NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) events. Up and coming driver, Brad Sweet, who has competed on a limited basis in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) for the last two years and in the USAC Sprint Car Series and World of Outlaws Series for Kasey Kahne Racing (KKR) for the last four seasons, will make a run for the Rookie of the Year title and will round out the balance of the 33-race NNS schedule when Kahne is not behind the wheel.
