FORT WORTH, Texas — Following Friday night’s JAG Metals 350 at Texas Motor Speedway, one of the favorites for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship, Noah Gragson stood in disbelief over how badly his night went. Gragson was noticeably peeved with his hands on his hips. His face was red from where his helmet had been pressed against his skin for nearly two hours, and his eyes were slightly teared up.

I’m not exactly sure of the reason but the very outgoing Noah Gragson has become one of the most polarizing young up-and-coming talents that the sport of NASCAR has seen in quite some time.

Some folks love the kid from Las Vegas, others not so much.

Noah Gragson has been making headlines for being a typical teenage boy. The 19-year-old Kyle Busch Motorsports driver recently gave up on a Twitter conquest to win over the heart of legendary Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, and then shifted his focus to the daughter of Steve O’Donnell, NASCAR’s Executive Vice President and Chief Racing Development Officer.

Gragson is a character, but his recent social media shenanigans may just show how relaxed he is currently.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Coming into Friday’s JAG Metals 350 at Texas Motor Speedway, Johnny Sauter has an impressive resume at the 1.5-mile speedway in Fort Worth. The Wisconsin native has three-career Camping World Truck Series wins at this facility and he is the defending champion of this race.

In all, the 39-year-old veteran has 14 top-10 finishes in 18-career starts at this facility.
