Keselowski Wins Homestead-Miami NNS Race, Stenhouse is Champion

HOMESTEAD, Fla.—Polesitter Brad Keselowski may have won Saturday’s Ford 300 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, but Roush Fenway Racing had a better night, winning two Nationwide Series championships in one race.

Keselowski held off a furious charge from series champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr. on the final lap to secure his fifth victory of the season and the 17th of his career.

Third-place finisher Carl Edwards clinched the owners’ championship for Roush Fenway, leading the most laps and finishing two positions ahead of Denny Hamlin’s No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota, which entered the race with a one-point lead.

Brad Keselowski Wins Kansas Nationwide Series Race

KANSAS CITY, Kan.—Driving a No. 22 Dodge that felt as if it was on rails, Brad Keselowski dominated Saturday’s Kansas Lottery 300 at Kansas Speedway to win his fourth Nationwide Series race of the year and the 16th of his career.

The reigning series champion passed runner-up Carl Edwards with just over 13 laps left and pulled away to win by 2.795 seconds. Elliott Sadler ran third, followed by Paul Menard and Nationwide points leader Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Parker Kligerman to wheel Brad Keselowski’s #22 NNS ride at Bristol

Parker Kligerman will drive the No. 22 Discount Tire Dodge this weekend in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Brad Keselowski is still healing from an ankle fracture and strained back suffered in his testing accident at Road Atlanta earlier this month. Brad’s condition will continue to be monitored on a race-by-race basis.
