pir_nscs_checkered_031316Today’s race at Phoenix International Raceway ended with a margin of victory (MOV) of .010 seconds, as Kevin Harvick narrowly beat Carl Edwards to the finish line for his eighth victory at PIR. It was the second race of this young season with a finish that close.
