Hornish Carries Lead Into Sixth And Final Standalone Of The Season
NASCAR Nationwide Series regulars take center stage this weekend at Kentucky Speedway, the sixth and final standalone of the season. Sam Hornish Jr. continues to lead the standings with seven races remaining. He leads Austin Dillon by 17 points. Dillon swept both races held at the 1.5-mile track in 2012.

Sam Hornish Jr.’s season heading into Texas was like a college student in the mid 90’s after using a cheat code on Mortal Kombat — in other words flawless victory. Through five race Hornish had racked up four top-fives, and five top-10 finishes and he had a firm stranglehold on the NASCAR Nationwide Series point standings.
