Martin Truex Jr., driver of the No 1 Earnhardt Ganassi Racing Chevrolet, was transported by ambulance from the infield care center at Atlanta Motor Speedway to the emergency room of a local hospital, where he is being treated for kidney stones, NASCAR officials confirmed Saturday.
