Chase Spoiler Could Be McMurray – Again

Jamie McMurray will attempt to play Chase spoiler for the second time in this Chase, in the process trying to repeat as Amp Energy Juice 500 race winner.

It could happen. McMurray has come up big in his three previous 2010 wins – capturing the Daytona 500, the Brickyard 400 and the Bank of America 500(at Charlotte).

Jamie McMurray has won two of the last 4 restrictor plate races in the Cup Series and heads to Talladega (Hallow-Dega) this weekend sporting a very Intimidating paint scheme for his car.

The #1 car’s costume for this race will be a tribute to honor Dale Earnhardt’s black and gold colors that ran in the 1998 All-Star race. This weekend is the 10th anniversary of Dale’s last victory lane appearance.
