Report: Daniel Suarez Could Move to RCR in Xfinity Series in 2020

With the big news being that Cole Custer is expected to replace Daniel Suarez at Stewart-Haas Racing in 2020, according to a report from’s Jim Utter, we are now starting to get a sense of where Suarez could now land.

According to a fresh report from’s Chris Knight, sources have said that Suarez could move to Richard Childress Racing’s Xfinity Series program for the 2020 season.

That potential deal would also include some Cup Series starts for Suarez, potentially.

Suarez won the 2016 NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship, but he’s had a hard time mimicking that success in the Cup Series.

Suarez is still winless through 107-career Cup Series starts, but he does have a best finish of second which came at Pocono in 2018.
